Thank you for your interest in W.V.C.S. In order to enroll a new student, the following steps in the application /registration process must be completed:

1.

Request a Student Application Form from the school office or download and print an application from the School Forms & Supply List page.Complete and return it to the school office with the application fee. After these have been received, a consultation appointment will be set with the school administration. This usually includes meeting with the principal and the respective vice principal, reviewing the student's application forms and a brief tour of the school facilities.

Once accepted for enrollment, complete and return the following forms:

Financial Work Sheet
|
|
|
|
c.
|
Payment Plan Agreement ( if applicable)
|
|
|
|
d.
|
Medical history and medical release forms
|
|
|
|
e.
|
Student record release form
|

|
"Friends of the School" support form
|
|
|
|
g.
|
Student Placement Questionnaire form
|
|
|
3.
|
Payment of the Registration Fee.
|
|
|
Go to the School Forms & Supply List page to downlaod and print a copy of the current fee schedule.
|
|
|
4.
|
Each student is to take a placement test (grades 1-12).
Times and dates will be announced when registering. If a parent requests a placement test before registering his/her student, a $25 test fee will be required. If the student registers for enrollment, the $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee.

All applications will be processed on a space available basis. All new students are accepted on a (academic/discipline) probation basis for the first 6 weeks of the school year.
